Today T-Mobile Germany updated their online catalog with the BlackBerry Bold 9700 coming in November. Finally the long rumored Bold 2 is official and you won't have to wait long to grab one.BlackBerry Bold 9700 or Bold 2, previously rumored under the codename Onyx, is now official thanks to the German T-Mobile web site. Today they updated their catalog with the second Bold and its specifications and then later on went on and removed it - an obvious case of false start.
The QWERTY business handset will sport a 2.6-inch TFT display with 480x360 pixels resolution, 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, all-round connectivity package (HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth) and microSD card slot. As you may expect it will run the BlackBerry OS 5.
